Dr. Craig’s leadership is grounded in both academic preparation and lived experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, a Master of Business Administration from Nyack University, and a Doctorate in Ministry. This combination allows him to bridge theory and practice seamlessly, translating complex ideas into practical frameworks that work across ministry, business, and community environments.
Today, Dr. Craig serves in multiple leadership roles that reflect his integrated approach to impact. He is the Senior Pastor of Greater Springfield Community Church, where faith, service, and transformation meet community engagement. He is also the CEO of Craig Consultants LLC, providing leadership development and strategic coaching to entrepreneurs, organizations, and executives. In addition, he is the President and Founder of Youth Career Jumpstart Program Inc., a forward-thinking initiative focused on preparing young people for leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
